Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but Sunday brunch has to be even MORE important than your regular morning eats. Saturday nights often seem to produce hot messes. Ya feel us?

This Atlantic City Sunday brunch spans the lounge of the restaurant beginning with your traditional breakfast favorites. The made-to-order egg and omelette station allows you to choose from regular farm fresh eggs, egg whites or egg beaters and pick your own ingredients including sharp cheddar and provolone cheeses, Vidalia onions, assorted peppers, mushrooms, ham, sausage and bacon.
Allll the fixins. (Or 3 of the many).
Belgian waffles and pancakes are also made fresh and can be topped to your liking with chocolate chips, berries, and/or syrup.

The hot-line selection is where the amazing “insaneness” starts. Hot foods include various smoked fishes, sliced filets, lyonnaise potatoes, chicken scaloppini, stuffed cheese ravioli, chicken primavera, kobe fried rice, salmon dijon, and stuffed french toast (with mascarpone…mmhmm).

To add some nutrition to the mix, the salad station features caesar salad, mixed greens salad, tomato mozzarella salad and an Italian pasta salad. If none of those strike your fancy you can also create your own. Get in those veggies…..

Scarduzio‘s Brunch offers many exciting juices including freshly-squeezed orange and grapefruit, blood orange, cantaloupe, cranberry and pineapple. And for an up-charge of $5 you can make any of these a mimosa. If you prefer vodka over the sparkling stuff, it is also your lucky day because The Scarduzio Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar awaits you. Here you can choose an alcohol brand, tomato juice variety, two additives and accents.
