Atlantic City Restaurant Week Preview From Casa di Napoli at Showboat Atlantic City

We’re three days into Atlantic City Restaurant Week and lots of pants in the Tri-State area are getting tighter as we speak. And it’s so worth it. How many of you have checked it out so far?! Have you taken our cool quiz yet, btw? It’s genius.  (FYI – disregard question 4. New info has come in since then making this N/A).

Anyway, Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City has 21 participating restaurants this year: Dos Caminos, Luke Palladino, McCormick & Schmick’s, Sammy D’s and The Steakhouse at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, Atlantic Grill, Mia, Nero’s Tuscan Steakhouse, Morton’s The SteakhouseBuddakan, Continental and Phillips Seafood at Caesars Atlantic City, Scarduzio’s Steak & Sushi, Casa di Napoli and Crossroads At House Of Blues at Showboat Atlantic City and 6ix A Bistro, Arturo’s, The Reserve, Nanking, and Harry’s Oyster Bar at Bally’s Atlantic City as well as the Atlantic City Country Club Bar & Grill. And we repeat: Lunch for $15.13 per person and dinner for $33.13 per person.  Can’t get much better than that, right? But it can. Just wait.

We thought it would be nice to give you a little entree preview from one of the outlets. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. We choose Casa di Napoli, our fav Italian joint at Showboat. Casa di Napoli is featuring a dinner menu tonight and tomorrow from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. For the Appetizer Course they are offering the Casa Salad, Caesar Salad or Soup of the Day and for your Entree you can choose from Chicken Parmesan, and Shrimp Fra Diavolo and Red Snapper Puttanesca, both pictured below.

Casa di Napoli 1

That right there is the Shrimp Fra Diavolo – shrimp and spicy fire roasted tomatoes sprinkled with fresh herbs and pecorino over angel hair pasta. Sca-rumptious.

Casa di Napoli 2

And the Red Snapper Puttanesca – Red Snapper and Crab meat served over fresh made pasta. Another one you want to just lick right up, right?

Tiramisu and Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Bar are the dessert choices, btw. And again, all three courses for just $33.13 per person. Like we said before, totally worth it… and then some.

We hope you enjoyed our little Casa di Napoli at Showboat AC Restaurant Week Preview. Also, be sure to note that dining at a Caesars Entertainment Restaurant Week outlet this week will score you a discount ticket offer for 2013 Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival events! Snag these tickets at the box office this week only! As if  Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City Restaurant Week offers weren’t good enough already. Heh.
